Today me and Patricia had some lovely tea and coffee in the Kensington Roof Gardens. That must be one of my favourite places in London. It is amazing how they have managed to create a small tranquil getaway from the hustle and bustle of London.
A year ago when I worked at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, we had the summer staff party there. The entire gardens was booked just for us. That is also when I fell in love with that place. The pink flamingos walking around in the small ponds, all the trees and just the quietness without hearing a single car.
Defnitly a place I would recommend everyone to go to, even just for a coffee and a stroll in the gardens.
